Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we require 24 hour advance notice. We do understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and we will handle these on a case by case basis. There is a 50% service charge of remaining balance to card on file for any appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment.

In the event of inclement weather, emergency, tragedy for the service provider, or world disaster (such as but not limited to fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves, tsunami, floods, epidemic, pandemic, governmental orders), deposits are non-refundable. All appointments will be rescheduled and deposits goes toward appointment only.

 

Reschedule Policy

Reschedules must be within 8 weeks of the original date booked. If you cannot reschedule within the next 8 weeks you will need to book a new appointment and pay a new deposit. Changing services the day of your appointment is considered a late cancel and you will be charged 50% of total services originally booked.

 

No Call No Show

No call no shows are charged 100% of service charge via card on file and are suspended from booking future services. If client confirmed appointment, did not show, and contacted Lo Nicely Skin & Beauty immediately after being charged this is still considered a no call no show.

 

Deposits

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and goes toward your booked service balance. If you cancel your appointment your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Payment/Payment Info

At Lo Nicely Skin & Beauty we accept cash (exact change) and credit/debit as forms of payment. Payments are made quickly and safely. Financial information is never shared. All sales are final. Please note if the payment card on file declines, Lo Nicely Skin & Beauty will reattempt charging the form of payment on file for up to 120 days after date of scheduled appointment. Any overdraft fees are not the responsibility of this business.

 

Late Policy

 If you are running late please be courteous and give us a call or send a text message letting us know that you will be late. We will then let you know if we can accommodate you or if you should reschedule. Same day rescheduling fee of $25.00 will be applied. A late fee of $15.00 will be added to your service if client is 10 minutes late to scheduled appointment. If you arrive late to an appointment, that time is deducted from your allotted service time. If client is more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited. If client did not notify StaceFace Skin & Beauty Bar that they will be late and arrives outside of grace period or does not show, this is considered a no call, no show and client will be charged 100% of service fee and will be banned to book future services.

 

Post Service

Once you leave your scheduled appointment you are acknowledging that the service was completed and your expectations were met. For best results please follow post care, treatment plan, and/or product suggestions from StaceFace Skin & Beauty Bar.

 

Accompanying Guest Policy

No additional guests including children are allowed at appointment unless being serviced. If you bring a guest without prior notice, they will be charged a $25.00 fee or be asked to leave. I reserve all rights to cancel an appointment, forfeiting your deposit if additional guests are present at time of appointment.

 

Covid-19

Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms (cough, sore throat, fever, or muscle aches). There is a 50% service charge of remaining balance to card on file for any appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Arrive to your appointment with a mask on. You cannot enter the suite without a mask. Arrive only at the time of your appointment. Please do not arrive before your appointment.

CELL PHONE POLICY

As a courtesy to all guest, please be sure your cell phone is placed on silent at all times while within the studio.

 

CHILD SAFETY POLICY

Children are only permitted in the studio while receiving service. For safety reasons, no child under the age of 16 may accompany you while you are receiving a service. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

 

LATE PENALTY

A late fee of $15.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if scheduled makeup exceeds allotted time because of client delays. Please try to limit all calls, unnecessary movements, conversations and other distractions while in the Artist chair.

 

TIMELY ARRIVAL

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee the full length of the service.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept all major credit cards, venmo, cash-app and cash for payment. No personal checks are accepted.

CANCELLATION

 All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance via email, text, or phone call. If cancellation is made in 24 hours, half of the total payment paid will be refunded. The other half deposit will not be refunded and can be used as credit towards your next booking. In the event that you must reschedule your appointment, your deposit may be applied to your rescheduled service. Credits must be used within 30 days. To reschedule an appointment, please contact us for the next available appointment

 

NO SMOKING

To ensure a healthful environment for all our clients, we uphold a no smoking policy.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any individuals or business at any time and for any reason. Also, due to high levels of credit card fraud, we reserve the right to reject any order at any time that we deem suspicious.
